Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
If you placed an order within the EU, you will not have to pay custom fees to receive your order. If you placed an order from outside the EU, it is possible that you need to pay custom fees. This depends on the customs laws in your country.
*From 1/1/2021 due to BREXIT, UK might probably have to pay customs for orders over 135£. You can check more about it here.
Errors in addresses
The client is responsible for the veracity of the address information provided. In the event that there is an error in the address —in whole or partially— and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that a second delivery may incur.
How long will the delivery take?
Once your order has been processed and you have received your tracking number, your package should be delivered within 48 h-72h to EU countries and 3-5 working days to the rest of the world. **Please allow a longer transit time during COVID-19 period**.

We work with UPS, one of the best courier companies in the world.
I wasn't home during delivery attempt.
If you were not home during the delivery attempt, UPS should have sent you a notification email and should have left you a note in your mailbox including information about the nearest UPS Access Point, where you will be able to collect your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love The Bodysuit pieces, however if you decide that it is not the best match, we would like to make it easy for you.
How can I return/exchange my order?
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once the return process begins, it cannot be modified. After we approve your request, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the same will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
Please note that we will not refund the return shipping cost and that we cannot refund international duties and taxes
The Bodysuit has 14 days return policy, meaning that you need to send your returned item/s within the next 14 days after you received your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Your returned item must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewellery snags or makeup stains), in the original packaging with its tags and labels.
Once your item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, we will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment within 14 days.
* Due to hygienic reasons, socks and panties cannot be exchanged.
**Please note that our digital gift cards can not be refunded.
We also offer the option to return the goods and exchange them for store credit.
How does it work? Once we receive your package we will issue a Digital Voucher for the amount you paid (deducting shippings and taxes), which you can use to buy another product. Your Digital Voucher does not expire.
What if my products are damaged?
The Bodysuit guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell on our website are free from defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect conditions, please contact our Customer Care team (email@example.com) and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.
